Fried Bittergourd / Pavakai fry
INGREDIENTS:
- Bittergourd / Pavakai - 3 (sliced as shown in pic)
- Besan flour - 4 spoons
- oil - 2 -3 spoons
- Salt
- chilli Powder - 1 Spoon
- Water - as required
METHOD:
- Mix in everything in a microwave safe bowl..
- Microwave it for 5 mins..remove and mix well .
- Microwave again for 5 mins..remove and mix well.
- Do this till its crispy..just like a fried chip..
- Enjoy ur Snack or serve with Rice and Dhal
