INGREDIENTS:
- Dosa batter - 1 Bowl
- Onions - 1 Small (diced)
- Green Chillies - 2-3 (chopped finely)
- Corriander leaves - 1 spoon chopped finely
- Urad Dhal - 1 Spoon
- Mustard - 1/4 spoon
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 7 Spoons
METHOD:
- Heat a pan..Add 3 spoons oil..
- Add mustard..when it splutters..add urad dhal..
- Add the diced Onions.
- Saute for 2 mins..Add salt to soften it..
- Now transfer the contents of this pan to the bowl containing dosa batter..
- The batter consistency..should neither be too thick or too thin..
- Heat my favourite paniyaram pan..Drizzle oil in the Slots..
- When its hot..Pour the batter in the slots
- When done turn the other side..Let it cook
- Turning can be done by using bamboo skewers..used for making kababs..(if u lost the original one..It gets lost easily..since its tiny)
- Remove when cooked..and serve them with hot coconut chutney..
- I make coconut Till chutney...which goes very well with kuli Paniyaram..
